Troubleshooting
Fix common problems with orders, payments, deposits, and deliveries.
Start here
- Look up your order at /verify — note the status.
- Read the relevant guide: Buy, Sell, or Swap.
- If still stuck, contact support with FX ID + tx hash (if applicable).
Buy / card payment
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |

| Can't click buy — sign in prompt | Card buys require account | Sign up / sign in |
| Token blocked at checkout | Not Stripe-supported | Pick BTC, ETH, SOL, USDC, etc. |
| Stripe won't open | Popup blocked or session expired | Allow popups; retry from order page |
| Paid but still pending | Stripe processing | Wait 15 min; refresh; contact with FX ID |
| Wrong amount of crypto | Fee misunderstanding | Compare order page USD vs crypto lines |
| LTC order won't pay | LTC not on Stripe | Create new order with supported asset |
Sell / fiat payout
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |

| Deposit not seen | Unconfirmed tx | Wait for confirmations; send tx hash to support |
| Wrong amount sent | Human error | Contact support — may need manual adjustment |
| Wrong network | Network mismatch | Often unrecoverable — urgent support message |
| Payout delayed | Manual queue / bank hours | Normal for sell — ask with FX ID after 24h |
| Wrong PayPal email | Typo in form | Contact before payout if still processing |
Swap

| Deposit address expired | Check order page still shows pending; create new if cancelled |
| Swap failed | Support confirms refund tx — provide FX ID |
| Received wrong token | Verify destination network on order vs wallet |
Website & chat
- Chat button missing: Wait a few seconds after page load; disable ad blockers for faintdev.co.uk; try another browser.
- Lost chat history (guest): Use Restore tab with the email you used originally.
- Lost chat (signed in): Sign in on the new device — history should sync.
- Page won't load: Check faintdev.co.uk status via Discord announcements.
Wrong wallet address — emergency
Act immediately
Crypto sent to an incorrect address usually cannot be recovered. If you mistyped before payout:
- Do not send more funds.
- Message support with FX ID immediately via chat or Discord.
- Include the address you meant to use vs what you entered.
If crypto already left our system to the wrong address, recovery is generally impossible.
Still stuck?
Contact support with your FX order ID. We cannot speed up blockchain confirmations or bypass Stripe/bank processing times.
