Service fee

The service fee is our charge for operating the exchange, support, and payment infrastructure. It is deducted from your order value before you receive crypto or fiat. The exact percentage is shown on the confirmation screen — always review it before clicking confirm.

0.5% conversion fee

Some routes cannot settle directly in your chosen asset and must convert through Litecoin or USDC on Base internally. When that happens, an additional 0.5% is added to cover conversion costs. You will see this reflected in the estimate before you commit.

Buy minimum ($6)

Card and bank purchases require at least $6 USD (or equivalent in your payment currency). Orders below this are blocked at checkout because payment processor costs make smaller orders uneconomical.

Blockchain network fees

Gas and miner fees for sending crypto on-chain are either included in your quote or borne by the network at time of transfer. During high congestion (Ethereum mainnet, etc.) delivery may show a slightly different net amount than a low-fee period quote.

Quotes and estimates

  • Buy estimates show crypto received after fees — not gross fiat ÷ price.
  • Rates move with market prices until payment/deposit is confirmed.
  • Final amounts lock when your order moves to processing (route dependent).

How we compare

Our fees are fixed and displayed upfront — no hidden spread markup beyond the stated percentage. See our blog comparisons for how we stack up against other no-KYC exchanges.
