Why sign in?

Creating an account
- Click Sign in in the header or go to /sign-up.
- Sign up with email, Google, or other Clerk providers shown.
- Verify your email if prompted.
- Return to /exchange to buy crypto.
Sign-in problems

| Redirect loop | Clear site cookies for faintdev.co.uk and retry |
Discord verification
Some Discord features (roles, certain channels) require completing verification in our server. Follow the instructions in the verification channel after joining. This is separate from website sign-in — you need both for full Discord access.
KYC policy
Faint Exchange operates as a no-KYC platform for most crypto routes. Stripe may require its own identity checks during card payment — that is Stripe's regulatory requirement for fiat processing, not a Faint Exchange account KYC file.
Closing your account
Contact support via website chat or Discord if you want your Clerk account removed. Open orders must be completed or cancelled first. We may retain order records as required for fraud prevention and legal obligations — see Privacy Policy.
