What is Faint Exchange?
Faint Exchange is a crypto platform where you can buy cryptocurrency with card or bank, sell crypto for fiat (Revolut, PayPal, or bank transfer), or swap one crypto for another across supported networks. Every order receives a unique tracking ID starting with FX- so you can follow progress from start to finish.
We do not require KYC for most routes. Card purchases require a free account sign-in for security. Sell and swap routes are handled with transparent fees shown before you confirm.

Your FX order ID
After you create an order you get an ID like FX-A1B2C3. This is your receipt and support reference. Save it immediately — you will need it to track status, open Discord support, or chat with us on the website.

Before you start
- Use a wallet address you control — crypto sent to the wrong address cannot be reversed.
- Double-check network (e.g. USDC on Base vs Ethereum — they are not interchangeable).
- Read the fee and estimated receive amount on the confirmation step.
- For card buys, sign in first — guest checkout is not available for Stripe on-ramp.
- Keep your FX order ID until the order shows completed.
We never ask for seed phrases
Faint Exchange staff will never ask for your wallet seed phrase, private keys, or full card number. Only share your FX order ID and the email or Discord username associated with your order.
