Scammers create fake sites and Discord servers with similar names. Bookmark the real URL. We will never DM you first asking for money or seed phrases.
Never share
- 12/24-word wallet seed phrase or recovery phrase
- Private keys or keystore files
- Full card number, CVV, or online banking password
- 2FA codes or Clerk/Discord passwords
Support only needs your public FX order ID and transaction hashes (visible on block explorers).
Wallet safety
- Use a reputable wallet (hardware wallet for large amounts).
- Verify receive address character-by-character before confirming an order.
- Match network — Base ≠ Ethereum ≠ Solana.
- Send a small test transaction first for large sells if unsure.

Report suspicious activity
If you believe your account or order was compromised, contact support immediately with your FX ID. For Discord impersonators, report to Discord and notify moderators in the official server.
